Initial deep clean

A full reset. We work top to bottom on the build-up a regular clean never reaches — grout lines, baseboards, vent covers, the tops of door frames, behind the toilet. It takes a crew and a few hours, and it's what makes every visit after it fast.

Best forFirst-time clients, homes that haven't had a professional clean in six months or more, or getting ready to host.

Move in / move out

An empty home cleans differently — every cabinet is open, every closet is bare, and a property manager is going to run a finger along the shelf. We clean to that standard and send you photos when we lock up, so you have something to point at if the deposit conversation gets awkward.

Best forEnd-of-lease cleanings, home sales, and landlords turning a unit between tenants.

  • Inside all closets and shelving
  • Inside oven and refrigerator included

  • All bathrooms deep sanitized
  • Kitchen fully degreased
  • Baseboards and door frames
  • Switch plates and outlets
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped
  • Final walkthrough photos
Scheduling around your move

Straight answers

What we do and don't take on.

Worth reading before you book. Nobody enjoys finding out on the day.

Always included, no extra charge

  • All equipment, cleaners, and cloths
  • Moving light furniture to clean underneath
  • Following your notes on products and problem spots
  • Text when we arrive and again when we lock up
  • A redo within 24 hours if something's missed
  • Working around pets who are comfortable with us

Not something we handle

  • Exterior or second-story windows
  • Carpet shampooing or steam extraction
  • Mold remediation and pest control
  • Biohazard, crime scene, or hoarding cleanup
  • Post-construction debris and drywall dust
  • Moving heavy furniture or appliances
  • Climbing above a two-step ladder

If your home needs something on the right-hand list, say so when you book. We'd rather point you to someone who does it properly than send a crew who can't finish the job. For the bigger commercial version of all this — offices, medical suites, government facilities — that's Zentra Facility Solutions.
